Social media is ablaze with laughter after Zimbabwe’s strongest man Arnold “Oxman” Zikhali downed two kg of sadza live on Facebook.
Thirty-six-year-old Arnold Zikhali is Zimbabwe’s strongest man, who has caught the attention of many people with his incredible strength and mind-blowing eating habits.
Oxman has been trending since last week after he pulled a 56-tonne train for 100 metres at the National Railways of Zimbabwe in Harare.
The event was streamed live on Facebook and it left Zimbos stunned at the man’s sheer strength. He has been training for over five years and hopes to represent Zimbabwe at international strongman events.
Oxman’s Massive Meal Plan:
He left people awestruck when he revealed his meal plan last week. Oxman said:“For breakfast, I consume two loaves of bread, 30 eggs (15 boiled and 15 fried), one litre of juice, bacon, beans, polony, and 2 litres of water. For lunch, I eat 2kgs of sadza, 2kgs of muriwo, six pints of lacto, one litre of juice, and 2 litres of water. In the evening, I take 2kgs of rice, 2kgs of chicken, beans, one litre juice, six pints of lacto, 2 litres of water, and a variety of fruits which will be a variety but same quantity. Handidi kushaya beans ipapo.”
Zimbabweans jokingly said he could easily feed an entire village on his own.

He reacted:
“You have seen it, but well ndarakasha 2kgs sadza, as you can see, the chicken was over 2kgs. I could not take the milk since, it’s not Dairibord Lacto, but zvimwe zvese ndadya. I am happy, because food makes me do my job, without food I cannot function. This gives me more fat, more power. Soon, I will be pulling four buses.”
