WHENEVER BATHOBILE wants her husband in bed she finds him on the couch, fast asleep.
But John, a truck driver, claims he and his 4-5 are asleep because his wife allegedly had an affair with another man.
AND HE’S NOT PLANNING ON TAKING ANY LOVE MUTHI, WHETHER IT WAKES UP HIS 4-5 OR NOT!
Daily Sun spoke to Bathobile Mhlabathi (40) and her husband John Mhlabathi (48) at their house in Vosloorus, Ekurhuleni.
John said he came home on Sunday and found the muthi in the bedroom.
“I’ve never seen so much muthi in my life. She brought it into my house without telling me. She must tell me first because I’m the man here,” said John.

He said she has never made him drink any of the muthi but he doesn’t know if she has put it in his food or drinks.
John and Bathobile got married in 2013. She said she is taking care of her family.
“I love my husband. That is why I did this.
“John has been distant ever since last year and I knew something was wrong,” she said. John agreed he was tired after long trips, but said the real problem was not the driving.
He said he believed his wife cheated on him in December.
“That is why my 4-5 won’t wake up to her,” he claims.
Bathobile said she never cheated on him.
“He knows I go to church and we use different things to heal people. We don’t do evil things at my church,” she said.
“But I haven’t had sex with my husband since December. How must I feel when he is lying on the couch sleeping?” She said she can’t take it to have a man in the house who won’t have sex.

John was less positive.
“As far as I’m concerned the marriage is dead,” he said.
