Promoter Demands Public Apology, Cites Breach of Contract

Stige Movement, the organizer behind the event, led by Nyabutho Prestige “Stige” Dlamini, issued a strongly worded statement condemning Silent Killer’s non-appearance. Dlamini detailed the extensive arrangements made for the artist's performance, emphasizing the thoroughness of their preparations.

“We arranged everything to the letter — from direct flights out of Zimbabwe to hotel accommodations, not to mention a 50% advance payment for his performance. His failure to show up is unacceptable and disrespectful to both the team and the fans,” Dlamini stated, highlighting the perceived disregard for contractual obligations and fan expectations.

In light of the musician's no-show, the promoter is now demanding a formal public apology from Silent Killer, directed towards both the disappointed fans and the organizing team. Stige Movement has made it clear that failure to comply with this demand will lead to severe repercussions.

“Failure to apologise will result in instantaneous legal action. We will open a case for breach of contract and damages incurred,” Dlamini firmly warned, indicating a resolve to pursue the matter through the courts.
