Tomula Mandaza, the man identified as the victim in this startling case, has taken to social media to address the claims alleging that his manhood was cut off by his lover. Sharing a picture of himself recovering in the hospital on his Facebook account, he remained silent in the caption.

However, curious and concerned social media users flooded the comments section, inquiring about the gruesome incident, some even daring to ask about the extent of his injuries and the number of stitches required.

In response, Mandaza vehemently denied the widespread claims that his entire manhood was severed by his jilted lover. He reassured everyone that he was in good health and essentially the same as before the incident, highlighting the exaggerations on social media.

The Police Memo and Identification

Meanwhile, the police memo regarding the incident identified the victim as Thomas Tasarirenhamo, aged 43, and the accused as Mercy Nhira, aged 24. According to the police memo, the two individuals were in a romantic relationship and resided in Marondera, where the shocking incident unfolded.

A Calculated Act of Revenge

Details provided by the District Victim Friendly Unit (DVFU) in Marondera shed light on the tragic sequence of events. It is revealed that the couple had engaged in consensual intimacy before the situation took a horrifying turn.

A Shocking Act of Violence

While Tasarirenhamo was on the phone, Nhira surreptitiously retrieved a broken mirror from a nearby table and concealed it under the blankets. As the phone conversation ended, she feigned interest in another intimate encounter with Tasarirenhamo.

However, her true intentions were far from romantic. In a sudden and horrifying act, fueled by jealousy, she used the hidden broken mirror to sever her lover’s manhood.

In a state of shock and unbearable pain, Tasarirenhamo managed to retrieve his severed organ and placed it in his pocket. He swiftly took Nhira to his vehicle and rushed to the Marondera Rural Police Station to report the gruesome assault.

The police promptly arrested Nhira and transferred Tasarirenhamo to Marondera Hospital.

Subsequently, the local hospital transferred the victim to the Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals for urgent medical attention.
