Popular social media socialite, comedian and businesswoman Lorraine Guyo has been arrested after a run-in with the law.
H-Metro reported that she was arrested and charged with fraud. According to reports, she allegedly sold a car and then thuggishly sent bouncers to take it back.
Lorraine, who gained social media popularity years back after her “Ndinyengeiwo” video, will appear at the Harare Magistrates Court today.
In a video posted by H-Metro on its social media pages, Lorraine Guyo was sitting on the floor in a yet-to-be-identified police station just after her arrest.

She cast a distressed figure huddled on the floor as she looked down at her phone, possibly haplessly reaching out to her circles for help.
A Life Full Of Drama:
Lorraine Guyo is not new to controversy. Her claim to fame was dramatic, as she posted a video of herself begging men to propose love to her as Valentine’s Day was fast approaching.She was subsequently fired from her job at Meikles Hotel.
This year, she seemingly received a red Kia car as a gift on Valentine’s Day in 2023 from her lover. However, it was later reported that the vehicle belonged to her lover’s wife, who claimed that her husband took the car from her and gave it to Lorraine.
This caused much controversy and backlash on social media, as people accused Lorraine of being a homewrecker and a liar.
