Prophet Uebert Angel has expressed sorrow over the death of Archbishop Ezekiel H. Guti who died on 5 July 2023 at the age of 100.
Ezekiel Handinawangu Guti (5 May 1923 – 5 July 2023) was a Zimbabwean Pentecostal archbishop. He was the founder and president of Zimbabwe Assemblies of God Africa (ZAOGA), one of the largest Pentecostal churches in Zimbabwe, also known as Forward In Faith Ministries International (FIFMI) worldwide. Guti maintained that "this church is not mine – it belongs to God."
ZAOGA FIFMI was founded on May 12, 1960 in Bindura, Zimbabwe under a gum tree, but as of 2023, is now in over 140 nations and states. FIFMI is a debt free organization with centers across the world that are purchased cash only, as is part of the ministry’s vision. Centers are located in nations throughout Africa, Europe, the Americas, Australia, New Zealand, among other countries.
ZAOGA FIFMI is headquartered in Waterfalls, Harare, Zimbabwe. In the United Kingdom, ZAOGA is now known as Forward In Faith Church International Incorporated (FIFCII).

Throughout his life, Apostle served as a sign from God, demonstrating the miraculous power of His grace and love. His life was a testament to the wonders that can be accomplished through unwavering faith & dedication to God. He was a pioneer, fearlessly charting new paths & leading countless souls to Christ.
Though we deeply mourn Apostle’s physical absence, we are reminded of the extraordinary impact he had on billions. His boundless love, humility, & accessibility endeared him to many, making him a beacon of hope. His life's work serves as a shining example of what it truly means to live a life aligned with the will of God.
As we navigate the depths of our sorrow, we also celebrate the incredible life & legacy of Apostle Ezekiel Guti. We remember that his promotion to his heavenly home is a testament to the eternal rewards that await all those who faithfully serve Him.
