ExQ has revealed the reason why he has not attended to his beard and hair for a while.
The veteran musician who is known for his pristine look revealed the reason why his hair and beard have been unkempt of late.
Speaking to lifestyle and entertainment blogger Eyes Of 263 on the sidelines of the National Arts Merit Awards (NAMA), the urban grooves pioneering musician revealed why he has not focused on his personal grooming of late.
ExQ said he has not been cutting his hair because he has been working on his album. While he did not offer further explanation, Mr Putiti said he is tired of the rugged look.

He said:
The reason why I’m not cutting my hair is because I have been working on my album since last year. So I’m gonna cut my hair once I’m done with my album. So hopefully I should be done any time soon because I am tired of looking like this.
ExQ was honoured at the 21st edition of the NAMA Awards held in the capital. The musician was celebrating 21 years as a musician.
Industry peers took to the stage and lauded him with praise for consistently churning out hit after hit.. The speeches were capped off by a performance from ExQ who performed some of his hits.
He was supported by Freeman, Tocky Vibes and Ammara Brown as he performed the collaborations he has done with them.
Meanwhile, ExQ’s last full length project was in 2021. The musician released Verified Milestone which carried the hit songs Paya Paya and Secure The Bag featuring Enzo Ishall, among many others.
