Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly back training at Real Madrid – four years after his departure from Juventus.
The 37-year-old, who is Los Blancos’ record scorer with 450 goals, is a free agent after his contract at Manchester United was terminated by mutual consent.
And just four days after Portugal’s World Cup exit to Morocco in the quarter-final, Ronaldo is already back to work to keep himself in shape.
According to Relevo, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner has been snapped at Real’s Valdebebas training ground to work on his fitness.
The Spanish news outlet states that Ronaldo asked permission to train at Real as he mulls over his next career move.
And club president Florentino Perez duly obliged with the pair still boasting great relations.
The report adds Ronaldo trained on a separate pitch away from the first team, as Carlo Ancelotti put his side through their paces before the restart of the LaLiga season.
It has been said that the striker had no contact with his former teammates, with Ronaldo working alongside a personal trainer and son Cristiano Jr.
