Controversial Zimbabwean socialite Mai TT is celebrating after her estranged husband Tinashe Maphosa was involved in some late-night furniture drama over a US$5 000 debt.
This follows the furniture drama at Tinashe Maphosa’s rented Madokero home on late Saturday night. Maphosa tried to move out of his home in the middle of the night through his intermediary, Panashe Nzenza.
However, Bruno Furniturez, who sold the property to Maphosa, got wind of the news and promptly headed there accompanied by some police officers.
Bruno, who claimed that Maphosa had been ducking his calls and refusing to pay the US$5 000 balance remaining, then forced Panashe to offload everything back into the house.
Maphosa tried to negotiate with the furniture supplier, saying that he would pay the US$5 000 owed once the furniture was released.

Mai TT Celebrates As Ex Tinashe Maphosa Involved In Furniture Drama Over US$5000 Debt! |
After learning of Tinashe Maphosa’s misfortunes, Mai TT took to social media to celebrate.
The comedian, real name Felistus Murata, married United States-based Tinashe Maphosa in April this year.
In an interview, she claimed that she had splashed close to US$100 000 (approximately R1.67 million) on her fairytale wedding.
Unfortunately, less than four months after the extravagant wedding, Mai TT and Tinashe Maphosa’s marriage hit the rocks.
The socialite made a series of allegations against her husband and claimed that he did not contribute to the wedding costs.
Maphosa allegedly refused to honour his word to reimburse Mai TT for some of the expenses incurred at the wedding.
Mai TT also claimed that Tinashe Maphosa had stolen her money, leading to a US$250 000 defamation lawsuit against her.
