My take away from Ginimbi’s death is that we need institutions that work for everyone! He could have lived if we had an ambulance service that worked.

The State money looted daily would have built a dual carriageway system and that accident wouldn’t have happened.
There are times when personal money and wealth can’t replace national rot.
Our personal wealth will not protect us from the consequences of corruption and looting. Let us ALL fight against corruption by exposing it.

The rich should know that they are not immune to the vagaries of corruption!
The scene of Ginimbi’s Rolls-Royce Wraith accident. Inserted is an image of the late socialite and tycoon.
There are thousands of citizens who die every day like Ginimbi in accidents that are directly linked to a rotten State, remember them too as human beings and not just statistics of bad governance!
Tomorrow it could be you or your loved one!

EDITOR’S NOTE: Genius “Ginimbi” Kadungure together with his three friends, died in a road accident on the morning of 8th November when his Rolls-Royce Wraith was involved in a head-on collision with a pocket-sized Honda Fit along Liberation Legacy Way (formerly Borrowdale Road) before veering off the road, hitting a tree and bursting into flames. Witnesses, as well as police national traffic, said Ginimbi was overspeeding. May their souls rest in peace.
