Police Arrest 4 Female Students For Selling Used Condoms To Ritualists

Four (4) female students of Uyo City Polytechnic in Akwa Ibom State have been arrested by the Nigeria Police for being in possession of a polythene bag filled with men’s already used condoms.

PARADISE NEWS learnt that the four suspects; Inemesit Edet, Glory Johnson, Magreat Pius and Iniobong Udo are all in the Department of Mass Communication.

According to a Police source, the students were arrested at a hotel along Ikpa Road, Uyo, based on intelligence report on their suspicious activities

The source said the suspects during interrogation, confessed that they hide condoms used by men after having sex with them, and sell them to Abokis, who also sell to other persons for ritual purposes.

“After series of interrogation, the gang leader confesses that they are all prostitutes who go out to sleep with men and after that, they obtain the gold circle containing the sperm to sell to aboki people who buy them at a very costly price. The girls all confessed that they have been into the business for 3 years now since they started school.

“Edet, one of the girls said each time she sleeps with you, she will pull off the gold circle from you pretending to be caring and do as if she wants to dispose it, she will then tie it and put in her bag, she said the aboki people that buy it usually send it to their Alhaji in Abuja and Lagos which they use in doing all kinds of rituals”, the Police source said.

It was the end of the road for their mischievous activities when one of the suspect’s neighbours reported the matter to the Police who swung into action and arrested them.

They are now cooling off in Police detention.
