Liesl Laurie today posted a beautiful throwback video from when she won Miss South Africa.
The evening was 29 March 2015, the place was Sun City and the beauty who walked away with the crown was none other than Eldorado Park-born Liesl.About the moment, Liesl wrote, "A girl's lifelong dream came true. The following day, a young woman's destiny began."
"This has been of the biggest blessings of my life. I worked hard. I remained focused and I knew it was my time."

Liesl was a successful model for several years before winning Miss South Africa. Before settling for modelling, she had been a cheerleader for more than ten years.
She won Miss South Africa at the age of twenty-four. The beauty dated Idols presenter and producer, Proverb, for a while but they broke up a year ago.
Liesl is currently a radio DJ on the popular Jacaranda FM.
