One of Zimbabwe’s most talented musicians and a beacon of the Afro-Fusion genre, Prince Kudakwashe Musarurwa, has died. The 31-year-old artist, whose voice defined a generation of lovers through his timeless collaboration with Pah Chihera, passed away on Saturday after a long and hard-fought battle against lung cancer.
Most famous for the monster hit song "Runonzi Rudo," Musarurwa was a prolific songwriter and producer who was on the verge of releasing his fifth studio album at the time of his death.
