South African power couple, Connie and Shona Ferguson, took to Instagram to share their fitness challenge, which involved them using an ab wheel apparatus.


In an Instagram post on Tuesday, 25 February 2020, Connie shared a short clip of herself and her husband in a side-by-side video, which saw them take on the ab wheel challenge. The challenge required them to do as many reps as they could, using the ab wheel.
