Mampintsha has leapt to the defence of his partner Babes Wodumo following a viral video.
Babes was in hot water after a viral video emerged of her allegedly making fun of Lady Zamar's acne during an appearance on Idols SA. Babes denied that it was her voice despite many social media users claiming it certainly was.
She went on to claim that her twitter account was hacked. In support of this, Mampintsha commented on her Instagram post in Zulu, saying "We’ll look for them and find them, relax." The comment has since been deleted.
Babes' sister, Ndumiso Simelane, also jumped to her defence.
"Babes' heart is bleeding after the video went viral ... she is trying to get hold of Lady Zamar to clear her name regarding the accusations, because the situation is getting out of hand now," she told TshisaLive.
