Gospel group, Joyous Celebration, took to social media to announce that tickets for their East London scheduled tour performance are officially sold out.
Following their performance in Botswana on Saturday, 24 August 2019, popular South African gospel group, Joyous Celebration, has announced that tickets for their upcoming performance in East London are sold out. The concert is set to take place on Saturday, 31 August 2019, at the Border Conference Centre. The first announcement about the concert was made on Friday, 2 August 2019, three weeks before the performance was set to take place.
The post was later shared by principle member and prominent gospel artist, Sbu Noah, on his personal social media pages on Tuesday, 27 August 2019. The announcement was shared through the promotional poster for the performance being stamped with an emboldened red stamp stating, “Sold Out.”
In the caption to the post, however, fans of the gospel choral group were given a chance to win tickets to attend the concert. The caption stated, “East London, tickets sold out before you could buy? Don’t worry. MTN SA and Joyous Celebration has your back… Stick around on my social media for a chance to win double general [tickets] and VIP tickets!”
The competition terms and conditions for the performance are yet to be released on social media. However, the group has already started promoting the last scheduled performance, which will be in the North West at the Sun City Resort, Sun Arena on Saturday, 21 September 2019.
Tickets for this performance are selling out fast too, with the floor seating close to selling out. Fans can still purchase tickets, which range between R162.00 and R380.00 per person.
