Suspected government agents have launched a full-scale social media campaign to derail the planned August 16 demonstrations.
The agents have flooded social media with fake news messages, purporting to be from Nelson Chamisa or the opposition MDC calling off the protests or postponing them to a later date.
However, the party issued a statement yesterday saying the protest would proceed as planned.
