‘Traumatized’ Biti Dealt Heavy Blow As Court Blocks Access To Passport

MDC Alliance principal Tendai Biti has been denied access to his passport at the Magistrates’ court today.

He initially had to surrender his passport as part of his bail conditions after being viewed as a flight risk following a dramatic arrest last month.

Biti had applied for his passport in order to go to South Africa for post-traumatic stress disorder treatment & counselling however the court threw out his application.
