A leader of Cameroon’s English-speaking community was handed a 15-year prison sentence on Friday over his alleged role in the anglophones’ ongoing fight for their rights in the French-majority country.
The military court in Yaounde found radio journalist Mancho “BBC” Bibixy guilty of “acts of terrorism, hostility against the homeland, secession, revolution and insurrection”, an AFP reporter said.![]() |
