Paul Biya, Cameroon’s Head of State, has appointed new Ministers today. In the new list, Paul Atanga Nji formerly Minister of Special Duties at the Presidency, is now Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralisation.
Mvondo Samuel is now the new Director of Civil Cabinet in Cameroon. He takes over old head, Belinga Eboutou.Meanwhile, Dr. Nalova Lyonga is the new Secondary Education Minister. She takes over Jean Ernest Massena Bibehe. While Bibehe is appointed as the new Minister of Transport.

In other news, President Biya has created a new ministry, dubbed, Decentralisation Ministry.
