The rector of the University of Douala, Professor Francois-Xavier Etoa, at the 39th session of the university council held on August 9, returned to the problems facing the institution.

As regards the sites belonging to the unversity, in particular at Pk17 and Mankoulang (in the Moungo division), and arousing the appetites of local residents, the Board of Directors, chaired by its President, Pr Ngando Mpondo, prescribes to the administration of the university to provide, in the budget 2018, an endowment for the securing of these spaces.
