The attorney general at the court of appeal in the centre region Jean Fils Ntamack yesterday signed the official release stating that after rigorous investigation --

-- it was finally established that his lordship Bishop Jean Marie Benoit Balla could have drowned in the Sanaga River; that there were no traces of violence found on his body.

Still in the release, the court stresses that investigations were carried out by Interpol, an international body which sent forensic experts to Cameroon for the exercise.
