It is no news now that Camerounaise des Eaux (CDE) the company that has been supplying Cameroon with the worst condition of portable water since 2008 has been kicked out by the Government, and many tongues are wagging as to what happened, and why the abrupt termination of its contract.
Well, looks like the company was owned by no other than Ministers Edgar Alain Mebe Ngo'o of Transport and Basile Atangana Kouna of Mines and Energy, who contracted some Moroccans to cover up for them, but they were caught along the line by the James Bond himself in the person of Paul Biya.
On March 28 2017, The Secretary General at the Presidency Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh informed the Services of the Prime Minister that the Head of State has instructed the abrupt termination of the contract of Camerounaise des Eaux(CDE).

Ministers Basile Atangana Kouna And Edgar Alain Mebe Ngo'o Caught Red Handed By Biya In A Foul Game OF CDE Ownwership |
On the other hand, Minister Edgar Alain Mebe Ngo'o of Transport, who is said to be the biggest shareholder of the said company, was also denying the allegations, insisting that 'investigations be opened, so perpetrators of the false allegation of their partnering with CDE be brought to book'.
What these two tricksters did not know was the fact that before the former Director General of CAMWATER Jean William Sollo was fired, he had written a letter to the Master of the game card President Biya, that the duo who are partners of CDE, brought the Moroccans(CDE a Moroccan company) as owners of CDE to the government, masking their involvement in the company. This information was confirmed by Delta Holding, Novec and Medz who are all Moroccan investigators.
On August 30th 2016, Minister Basile Atangana Kouna informed the DG of CDE that their contract will not be renewed, but did not inform him of what will happen after the government takes its hands off the company.
On May 30th 2017, the Secretary General at the Presidency Ferdinand Ngoh Ngoh asked Seraphin Magloire Fouda of the Prime Minister's services to take all necessary financial and technical measures with Alamanine Mey Minister of Finance, and CAMWATER, to chase out the Moroccans of CDE from Cameroon.
On June 1 2017, Seraphine Magloire Fouda wrote to inform Minister Atanagana Kouna that there will be a meeting on June 5 2017, regarding the premature ending of the contract with CDE, which is supposed to have ended in 2018. He said President Biya has given strict instructions that everything must be finalized before 30th August 2017.
Meanwhile Mebe Ngo'o and Basile Kouna have been struggling to dissociate themselves from CDE. Sources say it was reported to the Chief game master Biya that Minister Edgar Alain Mebe Ngo'o and wife travelled to Morocco, to change the 'Notarial Deed' of CDE, so that his name will not appear anywhere in case of investigation that might reveal he is a big shareholder of CDE. Apparently Minister Basile Kouna too took the same steps, but unfortunately for the, FBI from Etoudi were trailing their every move.
Paul Biya asked a member of the gang to recover all the stolen things from the other members, as he seats, laughing at the web game the duo has entangled themselves in.
CDE has ben in the country for seven (7) years, but Cameroonians do not have access to good portable water, because even areas that are connected suffer from scarcity for days and even months.
