Cameroon -- Paul Biya Sends Justice Ayah On Retirement

Justice Ayah Paul Abine has been retired and relieved of his duties as the advocate general of the supreme court while still in detention at SED yaounde.

The decision was made public at after the highest judicial counsel meeting held in etoudi Yaoundé, it was chaired by the President of the Republic of Cameroun, Paul Biya.

The close to four hours meeting started with the swearing in of the newly appointed members of the Council. After which the councilors looked at 7 disciplinary files. Magistrates accused were assisted by their lawyers during this exercise .

The Council also integrated young auditors of justice who recently graduated from ENAM. Following was the Promotion and appointments of the magistrates of the Headquarters and those of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Chancellery was next.
