Cameroon: President Paul Biya Signs Four New Decrees ... Still Ignores The Anglophone crisis?

Here are the four decrees signed on Monday 17 April 2017 by the President of the Republic. HEAD OF STATE PAUL BIYA SIGNED AND PUBLISHED ON MONDAY 17 APRIL 2017, FOUR DECREES AFFECTING DIFFERENT SECTORS OF ACTIVITY. READ THEM BELOW:


1. The first decree appoints members of the CDC General Assembly for a period of three years renewable once.

2. The second decree empowers the Minister for the Economy, Planning and Land Management to sign with a bank a credit agreement in the amount of more than CFAF 113 billion to finance the development project of the sector Of transport. 

3. The third decree appoints an Inspector General of Services.
4. And the fourth and last decree establishes a Commissariat at the Autonomous Port of Kribi

Observers were expecting the President to touch the anglophone problem but from the four decrees, non flies around the current issues in the Anglophone regions.
