MANCHESTER UNITED have left Louis van Gaal’s name out of a three-page document outlining their summer plans, according to reports.
The Red Devils announced yesterday their pre-season preparations set to take place in the Far East.
United will play two matches in China in their eight-day trip, with fixtures in the International Champions Cup expected to be against rivals City and Borussia Dortmund.
Executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward said: “Manchester United has strong historical links with China and we are very proud of our relationship and of our fans throughout the country.

And according to The Sun, United have dropped the biggest hint yet that Van Gaal won’t be in charge next season.
The document failed to mention the Dutchman’s name at all as they outlined their plans and there is no mention of Van Gaal’s name on their website either.
In comparison with United’s last trip to the Far East, the club included Sir Alex Ferguson in reports when announcing their 2013 trip to Thailand.
Van Gaal’s future looks to be hanging in the balance following United’s poor campaign under his leadership.
Jose Mourinho is widely expected to take the reins at Old Trafford and recent reports claim the Portuguese tactician has signed a pre-contract agreement.
