Beyoncé, 34, and husband Jay Z, 46, brought daughter Blue Ivy Carter, 4, to a friend's birthday party at the restaurant Giggles N' Hugs in Century City, Calif. on Saturday afternoon. They were joined by Kelly Rowland, 35, and son Titan, 1, as well as Ellen Pompeo, 46.

Bey wore a long sleeve black floral top, a light blue, ripped denim knee-length skirt and black platform lace-up ankle boots. She paired the look with pink glasses.

Guests enjoyed a full buffet that included homemade mac and cheese, sweet potato fries, pizza, steamed broccoli, and fresh fruit skewers, a source told E! News exclusively, adding that the children were entertained by balloon artists and a princess character actress. Some guests even had fun getting makeovers with professional face painters.
Beyoncé and Jay Z were "engaged, clapping and having fun," the source said, adding that Blue Ivy was "having a blast doing all the activities."
