A scorned Bulawayo woman left a courtroom shocked when she swore against her ex-lover who had claimed they never had s.exual intercourse during the subsistence of their relationship saying she knew him in his full n.udity which he exposed to her while apparently begging for s.ex.
In a bid to prove that she once had s.exual intercourse with Michael George Jacobs, Dr Muriel De Souza from Sauertown said her ex-lover had plain buttocks, a distinctive body feature that only those who had s.exual intercourse with him would know.
De Souza said on the initial occasion ,Jacobs came to her place of residence and begged her for s.ex but she refused before he forcibly pulled her legs apart while inserting his fingers into her organ.
Dr De Souza ‘s stunning disclosures came out during Jacobs “unsuccessful” application for a peace order.

He also told presiding magistrate Evylene Mashavakure that De Souza was stalking him and sending him threatening messages while demanding money saying it was damages for inserting his fingers into her organ.
“I know Muriel De Souza as a friend and we met four years ago at a city fast food outlet where we exchanged our business cards. She later invited me to her house to discuss business issues but she ended up kissing me after she invited me to her bedroom where she pulled down my pair of trousers while forcing me to have s.exual intercourse with her,but I refused .
“To calm her down I told her I was HIV positive .I never had s.ex with her as she is alleging .I am applying for a peace order against her since she is now threatening me and at the same time demanding $11 500 from me saying its damages for indecently assaulting her. She is also spreading false claims that she is engaged to me and that she is pregnant yet we never had sex together,” he said
Jacob ‘s application was however dismissed by the magistrate who said it was supposed to be an application for protection order instead of a peace order as there was “sufficient” evidence that the two were in a relationship.
In his new application for a protection order which was presided by Bulawayo magistrate Usheunesu Matova the two parties were however, ordered to keep the peace towards each other.
