A 24-year-old man has been arraigned before the courts over allegations of touching- without permission- his landlady’s breast and her behind.
Learnmore Jaravaza denied the charges when he appeared before Mbare Magistrate Bianca Makwande. Jaravaza was remanded out of custody to July 20 on US$30 bail for continuation of trial.
Facts gathered are that on July 5 at around 5pm, the victim who is 25 years old, took her child to sleep in her bedroom. Allegations are that, Jaravaza followed the victim into the room and then grabbed her behind before ravaging her breasts.
When the victim screamed for help, Jaravaza then took to his heels. A report was made to the Police leading to Jaravaza’s arrest. Kevin Musauki appeared for the State.
