There is a new boy on the field called Brian, the youngest brother of the legendary dynasty of Madinda, the late Adam and Peter.
Brian plays for Coventry United together with cousin Melusi Mazwi in the St Mary's Hospice Division Two League in England. Coventry United was formed last year.
Madinda, based in Botswana where he coaches leaders Township Rollers in the be Mobile League, yesterday confirmed that Brian and Mazwi are his relatives based in the United Kingdom, but was not aware they were playing for Coventry United.
"Yes! Brian is the last born in our family and is in the UK together with Melusi, who is my late sister's son. Melusi played for Highlanders juniors and Hwange before he left for England. The boys are indeed my relatives," Madinda said.
Brian said he was ecstatic to be playing for Coventry United and wished to advance and play in the top-flight league in England.
"I am glad that I play for such a team like Coventry United and I want to continue and advance my career up to the top-flight leagues such as Barclays Premiership," he said.
Ndlovu said that he plays as a striker just like his elder brothers.
"I play as gunman for Coventry United like what Peter used to do for the teams he played for and in the national team where he partnered Adam," Ndlovu said.
He stated he was glad the legacy from Binga was still growing as he is still carrying on the baton stick he got from his elder brothers together with his elder sister's son Mazwi who features in the same team.
"I am glad that in our family it did not stop with Madinda, Adam and Peter. The talent in the family is still on."
Brian was crowned one of the best strikers last season and this season he stands as one of the top goalscorers with 11 goals.
